This appointment is for a Chiropractic Consultation which includes a full and thorough assessment along with a second visit to the clinic for your Report of Findings and first Chiropractic adjustment which will be booked after your assessment.
Once your booking is confirmed a member of our team will call you to confirm your appointment. Full payment of your appointment is to be paid at the time of booking. We require 24hours notice to cancel an appointment and this should be done by calling 07761761028 or emailing the clinic: info@33chiro.co.uk. An email confirmation of your appointment will be sent with a link to complete your assessment forms, and these must be completed prior to your appointment. Failure to complete the forms may result in a shorted appointment time.
When making a booking online, there may be times that another person within the clinic is trying to book at the same time. In this case we may call you to change your appointment time.
